This is a beautifully sweet but savoury preserve. Fresh tomatoes and sliced onions cooked with chopped dried fig give a great texture. A fantastic addition to a cheeseboard & also good with cured meat. Try some with cheese on toast or a bacon sandwich for a real treat!
